Naturalvi : Hello Charline. Can you tell us about your career and what brought you to Naturalvi?
Charline : After obtaining a Master’s degree in International Business Management, I worked for 15 years in a company in the metallurgy sector as an export sales assistant. In early 2021, I joined the NATURALVI team.
Naturalvi : You have been working at Naturalvi for a few years now. What do you enjoy most about your role in the company?
Charline : Yes, for four years, I have enjoyed taking care of customers and providing them with the best possible service, engaging with people from all over the world, especially at trade shows, and acting as the link between clients and the factory.
Naturalvi : You regularly attend trade shows. What is the value of these events for Naturalvi and for you personally?
Charline : We participate in two trade shows per year: FRUIT ATTRACTION in Madrid in October and FRUIT LOGISTICA in Berlin in February. These are the most important trade shows for the fruit and vegetable industry and the associated logistics.
FRUIT LOGISTICA brings together more than 60,000 people from 5 continents each year: it is a great platform for professionals to connect.
This also helps strengthen the bonds within the sales team 😊
Naturalvi : The next trade show, Fruit Logistica in Berlin, is fast approaching. How are you preparing for it, and what are your expectations for this edition?
Charline : Our goal is, of course, to showcase our products and innovations, meet and engage with visitors from all backgrounds, and establish new business relationships.
Naturalvi : Working in a company committed to the environment, is it something important for you? How does this influence your daily life at Naturalvi?
Charline : Yes, it’s important to consider the environment in our daily tasks. At NATURALVI, we manufacture and sell eco-friendly, recyclable, and compostable products, but we also take smaller actions, such as using our own cups instead of single-use plastic cups.
Naturalvi : Can you tell us about an anecdote or a memorable memory at Naturalvi?
Charline : In 2021, during my first year at NATURALVI, we celebrated the company’s 30th anniversary. It was a beautiful moment and it underlines the solidity and sustainability of the company.
Naturalvi : Finally, how do you see your future in the company and what are your wishes for Naturalvi in the years to come?
Charline : That NATURALVI continue to thrive and remain committed to sustainability, as it always has. And of course, that more and more companies choose paper over plastic!
