It all began in 1991, when our founder, Théodore Baumuller, built the first machine to produce kraft paper trays for fruit and vegetables, at a time when the plastic market was in full swing. From then on, the intention was clear: Naturalvi would be the world leader in paper packaging for fruit and vegetables. And this, thanks to its innovative products and unique know-how.
Since its creation, Naturalvi has been a forerunner in the ecological transition. Our commitment to the environment is expressed through our range of 100% compostable paper packaging, manufactured in France. What’s more, ecological innovation is rooted in our DNA. Thanks to our ongoing R&D efforts, we are recognized as experts in the field of paper food packaging. This also enables us to be at the cutting edge of existing and future technologies. This expertise, acquired and developed over the years, enables us to offer a complete range of services. From the design and manufacture of our machines, through the creation of our production molds, to paper converting and the distribution of our end products.
Over the years, Naturalvi has maintained its leadership in the global paper packaging market. Our unique know-how has made a major contribution to our success, and today 80% of our production is exported abroad.
Today, our offer has been enriched. The aim is clear: to be able to respond to any standard or specific request in a rapidly evolving market. We have more than 100 Kraft paper honeycomb references, but we have also developed other products such as the NaturalPlus universal honeycomb or our new NaturBubble, and we offer you the possibility of customizing your packaging (logo, color).
